As Product Manager, I partnered directly with the client to build a secure, GDPR-compliant data room for a digital platform connecting contractors and businesses in the construction industry.

The mission: create a single, reliable place where users could request work, exchange sensitive documents, and make offers — all while staying 100 % compliant and easy to use.

I led requirement workshops, refined user flows, designed the data-privacy architecture, and kept stakeholders aligned from day one. The result was a fully scalable, production-ready platform delivered in just 4 months — zero security issues, zero friction, exactly what the industry needed.
