Project description

As Project Manager for international store rollouts, I owned end-to-end deployment of people-counting camera systems for major retail brands including Calzedonia, Nespresso, Lindt, and others.

I ran every project from client onboarding to final remote commissioning, coordinating hardware partners, local installers, and internal teams across Europe and Russia.

This delivered +100 stores across +10 countries, on schedule and with zero major disruptions — even during complex cross-border logistics.
